    Refund policy

    Our garments are created with the utmost care and attention and due to natural indigo dying techniques may experience colour variations.


    If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to exchange it with something else or refund your money subject to the following conditions.  


    • We  accept merchandise in their original unused condition and packaging for return and exchange for store credit

    • Issued store credit or amount refunded will not include the cost of shipping of the order. 

    • Merchandise should be returned within 48 hours of delivery. 

    • For now we are unable to offer refunds to customers based outside of Nigeria.

    • Customers will be responsible for the delivery cost incurred where return or exchange arises.

    • We will cover delivery charges where merchandise delivered is faulty or the wrong item was received. 

    • Subject to availability, processing of exchange could take up 3-5 days  from receipt of merchandise.

    • All sales of Discounted items  are final and cannot be exchanged.

    • An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.

    Due to the spread of COVID-19, as a safety measure returns would be kept in a temporary quarantine area for 72 hours before processing.
